TERMS
MWONET website and platform terms
This website provides public information about MWONET and secure tools for members and authorized administrators. Users should provide accurate information and use the platform only for legitimate MWONET activities.
Official information
Constitutional content is based on the organization’s supplied constitution. Where the source document itself contains an unresolved item, such as a figure or rule that still needs formal confirmation, the website identifies that issue instead of inventing an answer.
Accounts
Member and administrator accounts are personal. Users must keep their passwords private. Access may be suspended when an account is misused, a membership is suspended or an administrator’s role changes.
Administration
Administrative permissions depend on assigned roles. Super Admin has owner-level control; other officers only receive the permissions required for their responsibility. Important administrative actions are logged for accountability.
Financial records
Financial entries in the platform are organizational records. They do not replace original receipts, bank records, M-Pesa records, signed vouchers or other supporting evidence.
External services
Some functions may rely on third-party infrastructure such as domain registration, hosting, DNS, email routing or an approved outbound email service. Availability of those services is also subject to their providers.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or misuse member information.
